Superb location, very near tram stop to Duomo. Small supermarket nearby. Quiet area. Air conditioning (essential in hot Milan). Quick responses from host company. Everything you’d want in the apartment.
I found the instructions for getting into the flat difficult - but perhaps that was just me! You had to press two buttons actually contained in an e-mail which triggered the key box - amazing - but i’d never encountered that before so it took me ages to discover.

Property was very clean and very well equipped. It was in a central position for Milan Duomo and Navigali and had good travel links and close to restaurants and supermarket. Communication with Italianway was very good.
Bed Settee was missing 1 seat cushion so couldn’t be used as sofa.
