The property had charm to it and was clean and very functional. A great example of good accommodation in Milan. This property was comfortable and inviting

The location.
We did not have a functional WiFi. We informed the host right after we arrived and, I had to follow up in the morning as no one picked up our message. They sent someone with another WiFi router, which was half plastered with black tape and we were unable to connect to it.
The flat was dusty and not properly cleaned.
The shower glass was not tall enough and water was all over the floor after showering. Quite a job every single time trying to clean up.
The check out was at 10:00 which is early and all other properties in Milan have an 11:00 check out.
