Great location, clean and well furnished room, air conditioning, good internet connection

Very noisy from outside, short single bed

Great apartment, well located, clean, organized, and wirh everything we needed for our stay. Most days we walked to the main attractions and used the subway once, which is almost two blocks from the building. There are also some cafes and restaurants nearby that we loved. We went out both during the day and at night, and the area seemed super safe.

Our stay was great and I would recommend BePlace. The only painful point for us was the check-in, as you need to have internet access to open a link provided by the staff and click a button to open the building gate. We had contracted a 5G service from Vodafone with our US phone carrier, but it wasn't working when we arrived and took about 12 hours to become operational. To make matters worse, our flight was delayed due to bad weather and we arrived in Milan around 10 pm. Without internet, with no Vodafone stores open and no staff, we were outside of the apartment for quite a while looking for wifi and trying to call our carrier when, luckily, a resident of the building arrived and opened the gate for us. In short, I think it's worth reiterating that without internet access, the check-in process cannot be completed and there is no alternative for that, especially if you arrive late as happened with us.

The room was not comfortable at all. It was very cold and if you tried to turn on the air condition, it makes a terrible noise that you couldnt sleep. There was as well a noise comimg from the toilet (i think from the device that warms the water) which was very disturbing and makes your sleep unpleasent.
