Locația, aproape de centru (Dom), facilitățile din apartament și din apropiere, personalul cu care am colaborat foarte bine.

We loved the proximity to San Babila metro and the historic centre. It was a super hot day, so we particularly appreciated that the air con was on - before our arrival. As well as cold water bottles in the fridge! Nice touch.

The corridor was a bit noisy- you can hear every noise from the staircase. But that was not for very long and did not disturb much.

A convenient location that's also safe and quiet, just 10 minutes on foot from the Duomo. The apartment sits on the first floor of a majestic building, overlooking an internal courtyard, with easy access including a smooth automated entry procedure. It's spacious enough for a comfortable stay — ideal for travelers who are mostly there to sleep — and recently renovated, looking good. There's Daikin air-conditioning in every room, and all the necessary consumables in the bathroom and kitchen, including a washing machine (very welcome in the hot weather) and a full set of cutlery, dishes, and everything else you'd need. Cleanliness was good, if not flawless — nothing significant, just the small details a professional cleaning occasionally overlooks. Communication with the host ran through the platform's automated system and was seamless, providing all the information we needed. The listing was spot-on — we got exactly what we expected. One lovely touch: my daughter forgot her laptop charger, and the host's representative duly returned it, waiting 30 minutes for me to come back — a genuine human gesture that stood out.

Non essendoci un numero diretto abbiamo avuto assistenza da un numero francese con conversazione esclusivamente in inglese. Assurdo essendo in Italia
