Difficoltà ad entrare nell’appartamento.. Le istruzioni poco chiare.fortunatamente una condomine ci ha fatto entrare lamentandosi che questo accade spesso. Non essendoci un numero diretto abbiamo avuto assistenza da un numero francese con conversazione esclusivamente in inglese. Assurdo essendo in Italia
