Climatisation fonctionne très bien, aucun bruit des voisins, bonne entrée de bâtiment, linges et lit propres, bon wifi
Sol pas propre, peu de papier de toilette et surtout le bouchon du lavabo est resté coincé rendant l’incapacité d’utiliser le lavabo de la salle de bain… on a du se brosser les dents à la cuisine. De plus, de nombreuses sont à rénover (ex : embout pour régler la température de la douche car il se retire…)

- very good location to city centre
- very comfortable and has all basic needs
- has a nice small balcony
- has two good working AC units
- apartment host replies to messages right away
- shower was slightly leaking at the bottom
- even though balcony was small, it had stuff in it with no tables and chairs, the AC unit took up a lot of space

The shower was good.
It is 15min walk to Guomo cathedral.
If you are looking for comfort, colour, luxury, extras or a friendly host this is not the apartment for you.
