We faced multiple issues during our stay:1. On first day, we were stranded outside for almost an hour because the building access instructions did not work. Despite contacting customer service via WhatsApp and phone, we received the same non-working instructions, and remote unlocking failed. We could only enter when someone exiting the building let us in.There are 2 gates to enter building. Same issue in both the gates.2. The AC ran all day but did not cool the rooms. There was no thermostat to adjust the temperature, and we had to endure uncomfortable heat for all three nights.3. The internet stopped after day 1. We complained this to customer service, but nothing happened. For rest of the stay we were without internet.4. The apartment is next to a pub where people made noise until midnight. Additionally, early morning road noise, including dumpsters and traffic, disrupted our sleep.5. Kitchen lacked essentials like tea, salt, and sugar, which are typically provided.The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean. But all these issues ruined our stay.

While the location was great, we had a lot of street noise every night that made it hard to sleep. Access into the building wasn’t easy with a gate code and a number to call each time. The property was not ready at check in time and still being cleaned when we got in - it wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. The property did not feel clean with the showers having mildew and duvets dirty. The property was definitely oversold in its description in the listing.
