Wow! Heart Milan Apts was great. Located in a very lively, bustling section of the city, close to the Metro station and the Duomo. The reception staff were great and so was the overall communication before we even got to the place. Special shout-out to Antonio, who managed our stay. He was super-friendly and helpful, sending us great suggestions for restaurants and activities. The apt itself was excellent. The washing machine-dryer combo was a huge help. We felt really pampered in it. Too bad we could only spend 1 night there. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re able to return to Milan. Highly recommended!!
