We stayed here for two days while visiting Milan and absolutely loved it. The photos are exactly what you get, clean, stylish, and comfortable. We were greeted by Ronard who was so friendly and gave us great local recommendations. The apartment not only met but exceeded our expectations. They were also kind enough to let us leave our luggage after checkout since we were delayed in traffic, and we really appreciated that gesture. Thank you for making our stay superb.

The apartment overall was very nice. We were a party of 4 couples. It is really only 3 bedrooms plus a room with a sofa bed. One item which was never resolved is the shower water temperature which once selected to warm would turn ice cold within seconds, then scolding hot then warm, then cold then scolding. Although we explained this to the apartment manager, the problem was never resolved by the time we departed our 4 day stay. Some of us did not get to shower due to the inconvenience. After departure we have had no contact from them about this.

The apartment was advertised with a beautiful terrace (with shading). The umbrella was broken and there was no plan to repair it. We were keen on eating outside on the terrace each night. However had to cancel our plans as it was impossible to eat outside without proper shading/umbrella. Communication poor.

I would not recommending booking this apartment. There is heavy construction going on in the building including the unit above. The sound of construction was very loud and woke our kids up early in the morning. We ended up having to check into a hotel and when we reached out to the company, they did not care.

Perfect place for our family of 5 with 3 young adult children! Great location. Safe, convenient, spacious, clean. Easy walking distance to most things we wanted to see and very close to public transportation as well. The guys working there were very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before our apt was ready since we arrived in the morning. Excellent place. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was so nice. My husband was super happy about this cute apartment and the customer service was exceptional. I had booked my husband and daughter at a hotel (which got decent reviews), but turned out more like a motel which didn’t even have hot water and he demanded to be checked out and I found this place on Expedia last minute. We will definitely rebook this place next time I come since it was in a great location as well.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this stay. Property so clean and the location is the BEST. The staff went above and beyond for us. We needed to figure out transportation to Tuscany and they took the time to walk us through booking train and bus tickets. We messed up and our clothes didn’t dry and they picked them up and dried for us! Amazing would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend

This is reviewing for the 1 bedroom studio in the 3rd floor. The layout of the studio made the bed area and the living room area felt separate and comfortable. It is very spacious for 2 people and I can see it being big enough for 3 adults or 2 adults with little kids. The place was clean and well equipped with coffee, tea, towels and other amenities expected at a hotel. We would definitely come back. Location wise, it’s an easy 12-15 min walk to the Duomo plaza area and it’s near a Carrefour market and plenty of restaurants. We felt safe walking around. The property managers were very proactive with communication and clear about what are needed for self-check-in and checkout. Definitely stay here if you want to feel like a local but enjoy the feel of a hotel!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Milan. It is literally a few blocks away from the Duomo and in the center of all the action. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Getting checked in was also seamless and the people working there were so accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying with Heart Milan!
