Heart Milan Apartments - San Sepolcro Duomo

Very well located. Unit beautiful and fully equipped. Common areas at lobby smelled like cigarette. The team was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend it

Staff is very attentive and made great suggestions when requested. Staff went beyond my expectations. Place is clean, linens and soap/lotions provided. Location is perfect and walkable to Duomo. 5-8 min walk. Several restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. The sofa does turn into a sofa bed and is very comfortable, however I’d suggest putting a towel on the side of bed and metal when getting off bed as it will scratch and hurt since the mattress sinks in a little when trying to get off sofabed. The bedroom mattress was comfortable. Bathroom: water pressure is excellent and always hot water at all times of the day. There were 3 minor issues; the washer machine shrunk our clothes (I’d only recommend washing undergarments). The other is the noise from outside; cars driving by, people talking, etc. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you but if you can sleep through it all, it’s perfect to stay at. Also the door knob of unlocking and locking took some time to get used to. I’ve never stayed at a hotel or apartment that it was difficult to lock and unlock. We are two sisters and felt safe by the staff and area.

The apartment is spacious, even for two people, and in a great location, close to Duomo and other landmarks. We mostly walked everywhere. Food options nearby are a bit limited but otherwise it was great.

The accommodation was clean, and the host was very responsive and kind. I felt completely safe during my stay, which is one of the reasons why my trip was so enjoyable."
