Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful spacious room across from the marina in Lapad. Excellent central location for visiting Old Town and the surrounding area. Staff was very friendly and available for any question or concerns. Having the hot tub to soak in after a day of walking and many stairs was wonderful!

Lovely rooms with a great location

Exactly as per the pictures. Great room that was very comfortable. The location was also great being right by the marina. Also very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. The team was also accessible as they are not always on site. Breakfast is at the next door hotel which is not a far walk and they were very helpful providing me with a last minute food box as I had an early excursion at 6:30 am.

As per other reviews the WiFi can drop but it was largely okay during my stay. I came early and dropped off my luggage and when I came back to check in there was no one and they had not given me instructions about how to get my room card. Called them and got it in the drawer but didn’t think that was super safe as the drawer is left open for anyone to access (In South Africa this would not be regarded as safe). We had a power outage which wasn’t the property’s fault but it was a bit inconvenient and I had to wait for the host to drive to the rooms after coming back from dinner as the power was back but kept on tripping at the location so it was pitch black and the aircon not working. It did make me miss a hotel where help is readily available

Everything was perfect — we truly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again! 🌿

Absolutely everything! The location is perfect — peaceful, quiet, and still close to the Old Town. The interior is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were always available and ready to help with anything. Daily cleaning is available if needed. We had a beautiful view from our window of an olive tree and charming houses. And the bed was incredibly comfortable — we truly had a good rest!

Perfect stay

Perfect location, just a step out onto the beautiful harbour. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink on your doorstep. The room was spacious, clean, we couldn't have asked for anything more from our stay. If we visit Dubrovnik again, we will stay here.

Amazing stay

Everything looks brand new. It’s super clean and the jacuzzi in the garden is so nice after a day out. The location is great and at a walking distance from the lapad promenade and beach. The bus (line 6 from old town) stops right in front of the accommodation. Vesna, the receptionist, is incredibly kind, helpful and professional!. I would definitely come back and recommend Kala to others.

I didn’t really like the breakfast at the Lapad hotel. I’m sure all the English guests staying there love it, but the quality is pretty low (runny cappucino, juice doesn’t even taste like juice, croissants don’t taste fresh) etc. But I do appreciate that Kala offers breakfast although they can’t provide it themselves.

Amazing, and comfy accommodation in Lapad

Vestar was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to us when we got there. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed and everything was very clean and quiet. It was easy enough to get to the old town with the bus who leaves nearby. The breakfast at Hotel Lapad was exceptional. It's great that Kala Rooms has an arrangement with them.

The only thing that is not ideal is the parking situation but Vestar advised us to rather park on the street and book our daily tickets via an app, which is a bit more affordable than parking at the hotel nearby. It would also be great if guests could use the hotels pool as the jacuzzi was great but a pool is certainly a better option :-)

Great place to stay

Very nice place. Especially Vesna at the reception was very polite and helpful as I logged myself out and she supported me in the evening. As I arrived she came within 10 minutes to check me in. I call this an outstanding service. I can really recommend the place including the breakfast at the closeby Hotel. You can easily go with the bus to the old town. As you can see from the street the Cruiseships you should go to the old town if no ship is around. Check as well the winery around the corner. Lovely personal as well and interesting local wine. Try the sherry.

Small, cosy and friendly location with exceptional presonnell!

Rarely in my travels have I had such a service! We came witihin odd hours durign the day and everything was ready. We had good communicaiton with the staff and they gave us help on the area + good information when checking in. Bonus points for late adjustment on the duvet's in one of the rooms.

Only thing that could've been a problem was the humidity in the room. The AC struggled to keep our clothes and towels dry (especially our motorbike gear would've needed more from the AC.

The place is amazing. It's very spacious and clean. The location is great, it's near the beach (there is a shortcut that is not on google) and the bus to Old Town stops nearby. The best part of it all is the host Anela, she is so kind and super helpful.

Jako sam zadovoljan boravkom.Prije svega, pohvalio bih Vesnu na recepciji ,bila je izuzetno ljubazna i od velike pomoći tijekom cijelog naseg boravka, stvarno ostavlja dobar prvi dojam o objektu. Soba je bila čista i uredna, a posebno nam se svidjelo što villa imala aparat za kavu što je odličan detalj koji puno znači ujutro. Vila ima i jacuzzi, što je bio pravi bonus za opuštanje nakon dana provedenog u razgledavanju. Velika prednost je i to što objekt ima vlastiti parking, što je u Dubrovniku prava rijetkost .Lokacija je također dobra – u blizini je dosta restorana, a do starog grada ima otprilike 10 minuta vožnje autobusom. Ako imate Dubrovnik Pass, vožnja busom je besplatna, što je još jedan plus. Doručak je bio raznovrstan i kvalitetan, s dovoljno izbora za svačiji ukus. Sve u svemu, odličan smještaj koji bih definitivno preporučio!

Mansardina che avrei voluto al liceo, molto carina e arredata modernamente e con buon gusto. Buona colazione, angolo con macchinetta caffè al pian terreno (no tè nero o verde o caffè decaffeinato)

Stanza piuttosto piccola, con un solo abbaino, insufficiente ad assicurare una buona aerazione. Bagno grande ma con doccia senza cipolla centrale; no aspiratore. Due piani di scale, senza ascensore: colazione in hotel. Bollitore con solo tisane. Lontano dalla città vecchia, ma con fermata del bus abbastanza comoda.

Une maison charmante entre le centre historique et les plages sympathique. Pratique et chic.

L’établissement était parfait pour nous. Je craignais qu il soit loin du centre ville en fait il est situé près d’un joli port avec de belles bâtisses et entre le centre historique et les plages sympathiques … avec un bus direct et un parking. Et en plus face une piscine disponible et un hôtel accueillant pour le petit déjeuner complet … donc pour nous c’était parfait une maison avec que quelques chambres un super accueil et loin de la foule.

Super en zeker prijs waardig.

Wij verbleven in de kamer met kingsize bed op de bovenste etage onder dak. Super goed geslapen. Dakramen met automatisch rolluik. Badkamer met mooie grote douche. Zeer net en proper. Op 10 minuten loopafstand van het strand. Voor een bezoek aan de stad Dubrovnik kan je er op 10 minuten wandelen de bus nemen. Rijdt om het kwartier tot 0.30u. Heel vriendelijke eigenares. Heeft vele tips voor een aangenaam verblijf in en rond Dubrovnik.

Heel nieuw complex.Niets aan te merken. Alles was helemaal in orde.
