Fabulous

Our stay was excellent the room was warm and comfortable. Room was well equipt and had little extras that made you feel looked after. We had trouble connecting our phone to the TV so we could watch a film and one of family came down to help us. There was breakfast foods provided and the family even asked what bread we preferred. I asked for a dairy alternative milk and this was also provided. The family was so friendly and helpful. The house was in a quiet location and next to a brook which in nicer weather you can walk along.

Bathroom tap was a tiny bit stiff to use.

Spotless, with good facilities in an extremely quiet, peaceful within easy reach of the town. Friendly owner who provided bread, jams, drinks and cereal which made our one night stay easy and convenient.

February stay, one night.

Location was peaceful and only 5 minutes from Oxon Park & Ride (where there was a Co-op, Greggs and fish and chip shop). Property clean and well appointed. Nice loaf, milk and plenty of butter and jam. Also cereal and bottled water. Able to control the heating, but throws provided for extra cosiness. Fabulous shower. Would make an excellent base of staying longer.

Perhaps a slightly wider choice of cereals, such as muesli.

Practically Perfect In Every Way

Absolutely amazing! Clean and comfortable, the games and firestick were a bonus. Bread, milk, cereal supplied and everything you need and more supplied. Lovely hosts, warm and friendly. Simply cannot fault it at all, would definitely stay again.

Location was ideal - 20 minute walk to the hospital. Room was clean, shower was good and water hot. Breakfast was as expected - toast and cereal, plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Owners were especially helpful in organising longer-stay parking for me.

A very warm welcome - a cosy, clean and well equipped accommodation.

This room was perfect for me as a single traveller, I felt very safe, its a nice neighbourhood (I travelled for work). A friendly warm welcome from Sonny, and the room was as advertised - very clean, well resourced, a great simple breakfast as described. Nice little touches, and the local recommendation for eating at night was handy!! I will definitely stay again if I need to visit the area again, highly recommend.

What a little gem!

We thought the room was really well laid out, from thoughtful touches like a good sized mirror, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, towels provided, some basic provisions and a lovely little outside seating area. Spacious with comfortable beds.

The hosts greeted us on arrival and were very welcoming they also gave us great local advice. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you need and more for a short stay. The property was in a quiet and upmarket housing estate. Parking was available next to our accommodation. It was a short ride from town. The owners were very friendly and suggested places we could eat in town. I would stay here again.

Overnight on way to West Wales

Spacious, clean, comfortable room at the end of a modern, quiet cul de sac with everything you need for a short stay. Small kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and sink. Bread, butter, jams, butter, tea, coffee, milk and cereals all provided and plenty of it. Friendly guy called in when we arrived to check that everything was OK. Nice, clean en suite shower room and a small private garden with table and chairs if you want to eat outside. You could sleep a family of 4 here. For the money, one of the best accommodations I've stayed in.

Short stay in Shrewsbury

The place was very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The accommodation is situated on a very pleasant estate, about 40 minutes walk to town, a walk we enjoyed. Breakfast in the form of cereal and bread for toast was provided and was more than adequate. The outside seating area was a bonus, peaceful, and private. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice quiet cul-de-sac location in a leafy residential area only 7 minutes drive into the centre of Shrewsbury. Very large room, modern bathroom, well equipped kitchenette and cozy breakfast terrace. Many little touches such as breakfast and bathroom supplies. Great for families or anyone seeking a quiet, private oasis to stay in.

Perfect stay for a wedding reception at West Midlands Showground.

The accommodation was great. Lovely and bright, lots of room. There is an en suite bathroom and a small kitchen area with a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is available directly outside. We made use of the little patio area outside the back doors. Although we didn't use it on this occasion, a Fire TV Stick was supplied. Excellent communication throughout, including detailed directions to the property. It is only a couple of miles from the centre of Shrewsbury and we had no trouble getting an Uber. In summary, perfect for us, value for money and I would heartily recommend.
