Lovely quiet location,walks close by.Easy access to the town on foot(30-40mins)either by road or river walk.The accommodation was adequate and comfortable with basic breakfast necessities supplied by the owners,who are lovely people.Beds are very comfortable with a small but enough kitchen.Bathroom well fitted with a super shower and towels in abundance.I would definitely use this accommodation again.Enjoy.
A little more room in the kitchen area would be nice,but difficult.

The room was very clean, spacious & well equipped. The bed was comfortable & the shower very good.
The continental breakfast of cereals, bread, butter & jam + milk & plenty of teas & coffees was very welcome.
The property is lovely at the end of a quiet cul de sac on a modern estate, overlooking trees and a stream.
The weather was good for our stay but unfortunately not warm enough to sit out on the property's private terrace, which would be lovely in summer. It's a 30/40 min walk into town, & there is a regular bus service X5 (every 45mins Mon-Sat) . The taxi company recommended by the hosts was also efficient & reasonably priced.

A good quality bed sit on a beautiful estate overlooking wooded area. Everything you need, beds, kitchenette and bathroom. Very new and pristine. Patio doors on the side with outside table. Perfect

Our stay was excellent the room was warm and comfortable. Room was well equipt and had little extras that made you feel looked after.
We had trouble connecting our phone to the TV so we could watch a film and one of family came down to help us.
There was breakfast foods provided and the family even asked what bread we preferred. I asked for a dairy alternative milk and this was also provided. The family was so friendly and helpful.
The house was in a quiet location and next to a brook which in nicer weather you can walk along.
Bathroom tap was a tiny bit stiff to use.
