The food is excellent. Very slight problem which the staff sorted. The two lads running the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is ideal. A nice quirky hotel. That’s worth eating in as well (which is rare for a hotel)
As mentioned in the review there was a slight issue out of the hands of the staff but they rectified it and were friendly and courteous about it.

Warm welcome Ryan and his team provide a fabulous venue for a stay in Shrewsbury. They have complimented original features with comfortable rooms with modern facilities, there is even a lift to the top floor. This boutique hotel also has a bar and restaurant serving a delicious breakfast ad meals/ drinks throughout the day. We will return and recommend to friends and family xxx

This hotel is an amazing little find. Really beautiful decor and interior. We stayed in the top floor room and it was spacious and clean with a great stained glass window (which was a bit draughty but it was expected for a converted church).
The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was really high quality.

Really quirky.
Staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent.
The bedrooms need a refresh. The bed was really uncomfortable and the bedding needa upgrading. It was absolutely freezing as the heating was not on and very drafting as the doors to outside were wide open
