Nice, comfortable but had few issues with staff

Reception on checking in, gentleman was rude. Lady at evening service was attentive and lovely Bar staff, charging different price on same round of drinks When challenged chased after partner like a thief

The bar and restaurant are lovely and so are the staff.
Rooms tatty and require updating Toilet would not flush Entry details for after the bar is closed are not clear at all When I eventually found the entry door a rather large drunk lady was blocking the entry, she was lay on the floor inside, preventing the door from opening, refused to be helped so I had to climb over her to get up stairs 😟
