Location and comfort
No breakfast offered now which is a pity

Loved the history of the building and the location was perfect
No breakfast for the cost was a surprise, even if it was a continental buffet type ..
the bed was a bit saggy, like a hammock, not uncomfortable per se but could have been better.

Ideal location for discovering Shrewsbury.
Excellent rooms with a Very comfortable bed.
Disappointed the bar and restaurant side has closed down.
We booked breakfast, but found out on arrival, is no longer available at the property.

Unfortunately the hotel was closed Sunday-Tuesday which was a) incredible eery as the hotel wasn’t staffed and b) meant we got none of the benefits (bar/ food etc) that we signed up for. This in itself would have been ok had we known in advance but we were only told this on our arrival. Had we known we would have stayed in an airbnb.
See above. Room was fine.
