Highly recommend

Good location just a short 5 min walk to the town centre. Room 5 is where we stayed. Room size is incredible, there is low beams as you first enter but we were warned about that when we booked it and it's part of the properties character and there is signs on either side of the beam to remind you to duck if need be. Clare and Lisa were great at communicating with any enquires that I had. Overall it was a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

It was tricky to drop off the luggage - as parking was a short walk away. But we managed and nothing the property could do about that really!

Stunning room, good night’s sleep, close to the town.

Gorgeous room, with an en suite, small courtyard with a bench, comfortable bed and pillows, great amount of storage space for longer stays, very little noise to be heard from other rooms. Modern without taking away from the original features. Pet-Friendly.

The residents in the property cook very smelly food, the shower in the room doesn’t run at all consistent temperature and is tiny.

It was so very beautiful! We had what felt like a princess room - so gorgeous and feminine! It was so close to everything we wanted to go to and was cozy enough to have a lovely sleep! Bathroom and kitchen worked all well and there was a little fridge in our room too that we really appreciated. Lovely comfy big bed and I nice view. Easy to check in.

Lovely little break away .

Our stay at Severn Sleeps was perfect. Spotlessly clean . very comfortable king sized bed . Instructions how to enter property very detailed. Lovely character tudor house. Owners always answered our txts straight away. Highly recommend staying here. We will return . Thankyou for making us so welcome.

Quirky stay :)

Lovely big room (5) with enormous bed, location is great for riverside, theatre and town centre/bars/restaurants. Easy self check in. Plenty of extra towels and bedding if needed, and a communal kitchen if you want to self cater. Was pre-warned about single glazed windows and street noise but barely heard a thing :) very cool historic building to stay in:)

Slightly misleading about parking ('free WiFi and parking').. the parking is public car parks, which although not expensive are a little walk from the property, and without the app you need to refresh your ticket at 8am...no huge issue. WiFi also wasn't great on the top floor..nothing that ruined our stay :)

Charming house in a perfect location, with very helpful host.

Lovely historical charm, while still being comfortable and homely, in a perfect location close to the town and theatre. Within an easy stroll of lots of independent shops and restaurants. Lisa was very responsive in answering our queries about what was available locally. Check in and out were very clear and easy. Access to the kitchen was an added bonus.

Nothing really. The house is on the road but we weren’t bothered with any noise. The house is quirky, given its age, but that just adds to its charm. Who wants to stay in a soulless chain hotel!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Tudor building, close to the town centre.

Brilliant location, just a short walk into town with all its restaurants and very close to the theatre. Gorgeous Tudor building with a lot of history. Very comfortable stay and great to have a fully equipped kitchen for our use.
