Location - Very good. Nice neighbourhood - 2 min walk to pubs etc. Noise from main road is not too bad, slightly set back.
5-10 min walk into main City. Nice walk over bridge.
Parking - Parked around the back (easy/secure), in properties car park (room for 2 cars). Roadside parking can be full, depending. Property do send full info via message day before. Many details well explained. This info is vital to understand what to do on arrival.
Room - top floor, nice size. HUGE TV.
Coffee/teas + more, really good selection. Cold water in fridge was a nice touch.
Bathroom and shower were OK (even if the hot tap was labelled cold!:)
Breakfast - Used properties 15% discount at local 'Peach tree' place - Food was really good.
Coming in the back way (from car park) was a bit of a faff. Extra key, to use and put back. 2 different doors/locks. This is just small issue, but just informing.

It was in a nice, quiet location but close enough to the city centre. Facilities were great and all very easy, pleasant and comfortable.

Location. Lovely decor.
Clean. Lovely soaps.
Bed sloped, so we had to sleep with our heads the other end. Uncomfortable bed too. Polyester sheet. Nowhere to eat in the room or the house yet suggestions for takeout:breakfast bowls etc. No hairdryer. No decaffeinated drinks or herbal options. No net curtains and room very dark to get dressed in with curtains shut.
