Excellent location and walk into town. Our host Louise was wonderful and gave good insights for town.
Breakfast had amazing options, chosen the night before and once provided was delicious. There was a fridge if we wanted to store drinks, there was homemade cake for afternoon tea. Comfortable room and linen. The stairway to the room is narrow, we just took our toiletries and clothes with us, so no need to carry all our luggage to the room.

Very welcoming and friendly . Nice walk into the town approx 10-15 mins . Excellent breakfast cooked to order , one of the best we have ever had .
The shower was not staying at the same temperature

Good location, short walk from city centre. Hot breakfast was well cooked. Home baked cake a really nice extra. Good information from host and in rooms of surrounding area. In room extras were generously replenished.
Glimpsed double rooms which were larger than ours and had wardrobes so main problem was with our twin room and not the property itself.
Our room, 4, was very small with no wardrobe space. Would not be suitable for taller guests due to sloping ceilings. A twin bedded room with one bed uncomfortable and squeaking at any movement. May have been heard by neighbours as we could easily hear their snoring. Poor soundproofing between rooms, and from the trains which were very obvious whenever they passed by. Buffet options at breakfast were limited with toast always the last hot option served even if the only item requested.
