Louise was very welcoming and friendly. She provided cake, that you could help yourself to during and cold milk from the fridge.
There were fans in the bedroom 👍
The room and facilities were spotless and comfy.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

louise host was such a lovely lady such a lovely gesture of homemade flapjacks which was delicious.
Louise made sure you had everything u needed and guided you to best places to go and where to eat

Such a lovely guest house to stay in. Beautiful clean bedrooms with plenty of extras provided. Free parking on the street outside. Very friendly owner who makes a delicious lemon cake. Loads of options for breakfast. Highly recommend staying.

Good location, short walk from city centre. Hot breakfast was well cooked. Home baked cake a really nice extra. Good information from host and in rooms of surrounding area. In room extras were generously replenished.
Glimpsed double rooms which were larger than ours and had wardrobes so main problem was with our twin room and not the property itself.
Our room, 4, was very small with no wardrobe space. Would not be suitable for taller guests due to sloping ceilings. A twin bedded room with one bed uncomfortable and squeaking at any movement. May have been heard by neighbours as we could easily hear their snoring. Poor soundproofing between rooms, and from the trains which were very obvious whenever they passed by. Buffet options at breakfast were limited with toast always the last hot option served even if the only item requested.
