This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I do not recommend it.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I do not recommend it at all. I informed the property in advance via Booking.com that I would arrive late at night. They confirmed this and told me there would be an additional fee for late check-in, and they sent me phone and WhatsApp numbers to contact upon arrival. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi early in the morning, I took a taxi, but the address was unclear and difficult to find. There was no sign for the hostel, and no one in the area knew it. I tried calling the provided numbers many times. One person answered, and as soon as I said my name, they hung up. After that, they did not respond at all. I was left waiting on the street for about an hour and a half in the cold with the taxi driver, which cost me a lot of money. In the end, I had to leave and find another place to stay despite having a confirmed reservation. This place shows no respect for guests and lacks professionalism.

I didn't stay there because the place was terrible.

I visited the property , and the conditions were absolutely appalling. The place looked nothing like the photos or the description on your website. In reality, it resembled an abandoned building rather than a functioning hostel. The entrance was filthy, the surroundings were unsafe, and the interior looked more like a prison or a breeding ground for rats. I felt extremely uncomfortable and refused to step inside for my own safety. I immediately contacted the person in charge and requested alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, he was uncooperative, dismissive, and refused to provide any assistance. This lack of support made the situation even more distressing. Given that the listing was clearly misleading and the actual conditions were unacceptable, I am requesting the following: A full refund for the booking Immediate removal or review of the listing to prevent future guests from facing similar issues Assistance in securing an alternative accommodation, as the situation left me stranded I trust Booking.com will handle this matter urgently and ensure that appropriate action is taken.

We was 3 person and they didn’t give us room for 3 or 4 they gave us a room with 6 beds and there were already people sleeping if we walk in they will wake up! Then we asked to cancel our stay and we want out after they promised to pay us back and then they didn’t pay anything!!!
