Staff are friendly and helpful.
Room is very small and bed is not that comfortable. I feel it is a bit overrated compared to what we pay.

I did not have hot water in my room, and the water pressure was very weak. There is also dust on the kettle

The receptionist at the lobby are kind and welcoming.
My toilet was dirty. There’s still shit in the inside the ring bowl when i enter the room. There’s no robe, i asked the housekeeper in the lobby and he said they dont have. I was calling the property when i checked out since i left my laptop charger but its very hard to reach you😔 and the first time i asked for ice and a wine glass to this hotel and it needs to pay 10aed. I checked in also every now and then in dubai hotels but never asked to pay for winr glass and ice
