There were several maintenance issues with the property. Shower head mounted bracket broken, bathroom extractor fan filthy, toilet flush kept running, router had no internet connection, several 230V sockets came out from wall when extracting plugs, oven not working, floors were dirty and sticky

Handy apartment for a one night stay but a bit out of town and has complicated security and arrival instructions.

Convenient for families or groups and located opposite a large shopping Mall with food outlets.

The security to get into the flat. The directions and instructions were quite poor. Entrance to the parking is on another street (name not given) and the owner doesn’t mention the allocated parking bay number for our car in the instructions. We had to phone him.

My only criticism was the double bed was very creaky ,it was making a lot of noise while I was on the bed and while moving.

Wenn man die Wohnung mal instand setzen würde wäre sie super.

Gute Lage, auf den ersten Blick sieht die Wohnung super aus.

Leider ist das Sofa schon sehr abgenutzt und durchgesessen. Der angegebene Föhn in der Ausstattung funktioniert leider nicht genauso wenig wie der Trockner. Der Backofen war auch defekt. Die Ausstattung für 6 Personen ist eher gering. Da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist muss man selber spülen. Grundsätzlich kein Problem wenn die Stöpsel wenigsten das Wasser halten würden. Der Wasserkocher war total verschmutzt und verkalkt. Am vorletzten Tag ist die Heizung ausgefallen dementsprechend auch kein warmes Wasser. Leider hat auch das niemanden interessiert.

C’est une honte de faire louer à ce prix là un appartement aussi peu confortable. - la cuisine : il n’y a rien pour faire la cuisine : seulement une casserole et une poêle. Pas même un plat pour utiliser le four, pas de passeoir. Ah oui et la poêle rangée dans le placard était ruisselante d’huile (photo à l’appui), même pas nettoyée . On se demande comment est fait le ménage et s’il est vraiment fait ! Et en plus, il y a une photo sur le frigo qui dit que si on ne fait pas la vaisselle c’est 30 euros! Tout pour l’argent ! - les chambres : quand mon collègue s’est allongé dans le lit , il s’est écroulé par terre : des lattes manquaient et certaines ne tenaient pas . Il aurait pu se faire très mal. Les autres lits grinçaient et n’étaient pas confortables. De plus en enlevant les draps sur l’alaise j’ai découvert une énorme trace qui ressemblait à du vomis. On s’est vraiment posé la question de comment l’appartement avait été nettoyé et si même nos draps avaient été lavés( ca ne sentait pas du tout la lesseive.) - la salle de bain : j’ai lu dans les commentaires que depuis 2023 : le support du pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas . En 2025 il n’avait toujours pas été changé . Et là visiblement il a été arraché…. Visiblement le propriétaire en a rien à faire . Encore une fois on loue pour se faire de l’argent . Bientôt on louera garage pour le même prix . C’est une honte ! - dernier point : les murs c’est du carton ! On entend tout , les pas des personnes au dessus résonnent au point que cela fait bouger les portes de l’appartement . Bref c’est une très mauvaise expérience, et je trouve ça inadmissible qu’on puisse louer des appartements et encore plus à ce prix là ! Honte à vous !

L’emplacement, la situation géographique

Beaucoup de choses : premièrement le confort laisse à désiré (matelas fin et peu confortable, canapé dur et bruyant, chaises à la limite de la casse) les équipements ne fonctionnaient pas : four, sèche cheveux et j’en passe Dans la salle de bain au niveau de la douche, impossible de faire un bain (nous avions un bébé) et impossible d’attacher le pommeau de douche. Tout cela SANS que le propriétaire nous prévienne en amont.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor Lille, maar met verbeterpunten.

Fijne ligging met metro en supermarkt om de hoek, parkeren ideaal. Sleuteloverdracht soepel geregeld. Appartement schoon en voorzien van basisbenodigdheden. Positief verrast ondanks eerdere negatieve reviews, al mist het geheel nog wat finishing touch

- Keukenuitrusting zeer beperkt: weinig glazen en koffiekoppen, pannen doen denken aan een kampeeruitrusting, oven werkt niet. - Bed kraakt en de matrassen zijn korter dan het bed zelf. - Bad loopt direct leeg en de douchekop kan niet worden opgehangen. Het zijn ogenschijnlijk kleine dingen, maar ze maken wel het verschil tussen een beoordeling van een 7 of een 8.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen maar geen hoogstaand niveau!

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en het was schoon. Ook was er een privé parkeerplaats beschikbaar. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en reageerde snel op berichtjes.

Helaas was er geen internet aanwezig. Ook waren er problemen met de elektriciteit waardoor onder andere de nachtlampjes naast de bedden het niet deden. Het tweepersoonsbed was voor Nederlandse begrippen erg klein, het had een keihard matras en het bed kraakte aan alle kanten (net als de slaapbank in de woonkamer). Het bad was ook fragiel en de douchekop kon je niet ophangen zodat je deze met de hand moest vasthouden tijdens het douchen en door de korte slang kon je die niet boven je hoofd houden. Ook bevindt zich naast het appartement een schrootverwerker die je op werkdagen vanaf 8.30 uur duidelijk hoort en je hoort bijna 24/7 hondengeblaf. Kennelijk zit er ergens ook een hondenasiel in de buurt.

عدم وجود تكييف في الشقة منافذ الكهرباء (الأفياش) لا تعمل في غرفتي النوم ولذلك لم نستفد من المروحتين الصغيرة في الغرفتين ونظطر لفتح النوافذ وعند فتحها يزعجنا مستودع خردة الحديد المقابل الأسرة رديئة والاثاث لا يرتقي لمستوى النزل السياحية النظافة ليست جيدة خرطوم الدش في المروش لا يوجد له قاعدة تثبيت لا يوجد تهوية في الحمام ازعاج خلال ساعات العمل صادر من مستودع ضغط خردة حديد مقابل الشقة

Très bon emplacement, l'appartement est très propre et très accueillant. La petite bouteille d'eau et le petit sachet de bonbons sur le lit quand on arrive est un petit + très agréable
