Great location, fabulous flat

When we arrived an alarm was going off, appeared to be the fridge/freezer - stopped after 15/20minutes.

Beautiful

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, well equipped and stylish. The location is excellent, right in the midst of things. Beds are comfortable and the living room area is beautiful, with high ceilings and kitchen equipment.

The check in was a bit of a pain. We were given QR codes and told they would work, but they didn't. Thankfully we asked for a set of keys as well, but we only had one between 4 people. The apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms, but it has one split into two (one tiny toilet and one shower room). The deposit of €450 seems extreme and I think needs to be communicated before booking, as it is highly unusual. We were only told this after making our non refundable booking. The apartment is beautiful but not child friendly. As it's close to bars, there was quite a lot of noise at night. Rooms were on the small size - they look bigger in the photos.

The apartment is lovely, so no real complaints. If I have to pick something I would say the lighting in the kitchen is quite dim, and the addition of blackout blinds in at least one of the bedrooms would be a nice touch as the curtains do not block out much light.

The apartment is located in the very center of the city, making it very convenient to get anywhere.

I had problems with a 450 euro deposit. I couldn't get the money back from the bank for a month, and it was very inconvenient for me. The bank explained to me that the owner froze the money and then unfroze it after I moved out. Because of this, I had to wait a whole month for the bank to return the money to me. This needs to be changed somehow and done differently with the deposit so that clients don't have to wait so long for a refund.

Not what was advertised!

Beautiful flat however not the one advertised online.

The flat was on the second floor up a lot of steep steps which with a lot of luggage would be really difficult to manage. It was incredibly noisy and the images advertised online were not of the place we stayed in. We were advertised and booked a 2 bedroom flat and instead were given keys for a 1 bedroom flat with a sofa bed in the very noisy living space. When I called the reception at the best western to complain they did not try to help.

Lovely visit, wish it had been for longer.

Lovely finishings, amazing location, nice bathroom and kitchen. It felt like a lot of effort had gone into finding the perfect little accessories and finishing touches.

It was a bit difficult at times to enter the main entrance because of the tables being in the way because there is a restaurant downstairs, but we always managed. There were a lot of mosquitoes! Maybe if you could install some fly screens on the windows, they wouldn’t be able to get in.

Lovely apartment

Apartment was great with the extra bonus of internet/WiFi as the initial description said otherwise.

Only major issue is the fact that the apartment is on the second floor without a lift, this was not a problem for us but could be for others. A mall strange one was the height of the mirror in the back bedroom which was to high for my 5ft 4inch wife to use.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything was to an impressive standard.

The apartment was right in the heart of the city, it had plenty of restaurants in walking distance. It had parking very close at a reasonable rate. The whole apartment was kitted out with all that we needed and more. Rooms were a good size. Everything was to a high standard.

Wonderful, great apartment in a central location

A beautiful spacious apartment in an amazing central location - great facilities, beautiful comfy beds and bathroom, even a cute cat to look at out of the bedroom windows.

Tiny point, but the floorboards are extremely creaky! So if you went to the bathroom when others were asleep you'd wake them up.

Je recommande totalement pour votre séjour à Lille :)

Tout l’appartement était parfait, hyper bien situé (nous avions un concert au Zénith et avons pu y aller à pied et tous les restaurants et attractions à voir étaient à 5-10min), personnel très aimable nous avions eu un problème avec l’une des fenêtres qui fermait mal et quelqu’un est venu régler le problème rapidement, point en plus également pour les savons l’Occitane

Nous avions pris le parking en supplément qui était certes très simple d’accès et à quelques mètres de l’appartement mais une partie était légèrement inondée avec les fortes pluies

도심근처라 주변 관광하기 좋았고 깔끔한 숙소 관리,편리한 열쇠수령,따뜻한 방등등 만족스러운 곳이었다.바로 길가에는 레스토랑들이 즐비했지만 잘 시간에는 금방 조용해졌고 5명이 머물기에도 공간이 충분히 넉넉했다.

샤워할때 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 도중 멈추고 기다려야 했다.화장실 환기가 제대로 되지않고 냄새가 낫다. 계단으로 올라가야 하는지라 짐이 많거나 어린이 노약자에겐 어려울듯하다.

Appartement très spacieux, décoré avec goût, situé dans un immeuble ancien du centre du vieux Lille. Le quartier est calme, les lits de bonne qualité et les équipements à disposition assurent un très bon niveau de confort.

L’emplacement idéal , cela fait plusieurs fois que l’on revient.

Pour deux adultes ( qui ne dorment pas ensemble) je n’ai pas aimé cet appartement, le chauffage n’était pas mis ds aucune pièce à notre arrivée. La télévision assez compliqué de trouver les chaînes françaises simples de la 1 à la 20 peut être l’indiquer ds le manuel ce serait sympa !

Tres bon séjour dans cet appartement

Emplacement parfait, en plein centre de Lille, idéal pour tout faire à pied. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé, et les lits étaient particulièrement agréables, ce qui rend le séjour très reposant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le logement est globalement agréable, mais quelques points sont à améliorer. Le miroir de la salle de douche est placé beaucoup trop haut, y compris pour les adultes. Les prises électriques sont également trop hautes, ce qui n’est pas pratique. Enfin, l’éclairage du miroir dans le couloir est insuffisant. Quelques ajustements sur ces points rendraient le logement plus fonctionnel.

Séjour très plaisant et reposant après deux grandes journées de travail.

Le très bon état du logement, l’éclairage chaleureux. Les porte-manteaux, le grand miroir du couloir, la cuisine, les produits de douche, le calme de la chambre, les prises, le lit confortable, le séchoir à cheveux suffisamment puissant. Les grandes fenêtres. Et le grand paillasson sur le palier. J’ai aussi apprécié de pouvoir récupérer des clés.

J’ai trouvé le lavabo à bords hauts pas très pratique pour se laver-démaquiller le visage.

Met sleutel in de hand een tijdje naar juiste deur moeten zoeken voor appartement. Graag tip: bij sleutel overdracht mondeling aangeven dat het iets verderop aan de rechter kant een blauwe deur is naast een restaurant en dat het appartement op 1 hoog is na binnenkomst.
