Appartement très confortable, spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du Vieux-Lille et de la gare.
Le seul point négatif concerne la salle de bain : il n'y a pas de véritable évier, mais uniquement un lave-mains, ce qui rend des gestes du quotidien, comme se brosser les dents, peu pratiques.

Die Lautstärke des Kühlschranks war viel zu laut, Duschtrennwand undicht, Waschbecken im Bad viel zu klein, Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unserer Vorstellung - zu viele Wollmäuse im Kleiderschrank! Die Infrarotheizung (2 Heizkörper im Wohn-/Schlafbereich) bekam die Wohnung nicht wirklich warm.
