De locatie was super, vlak in het centrum! Gezellig appartementje, ideaal voor 2 of 3 personen (wij waren met 3), voor 4 zou het misschien ietsje te krap zijn. Knusse leefruimte en praktische keuken. Handig systeem om binnen te geraken (toegangscode en sleutelkluisje). Weinig lawaai van buiten, ondanks de centrale ligging.
Er was bij momenten heel veel lawaai van de bovenburen (gestamp op de grond, verschuiven van meubels...) en het appartement leek niet zo goed geïsoleerd waardoor alles heel luid klonk.
Vrij kleine, iets verouderde badkamer maar voldoende voor een kort verblijf.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation, le calme, la décoration, l’arrivée autonome, la sécurité. Mise à disposition gracieusement d’un lit bébé. Literie confortable.
Les points faibles de cet appartement :
- nous avons été déçus par la salle de bain (petite, et surtout lave-main en guise de lavabo avec meuble de rangement gênant juste au dessus)
- très faible débit d’eau dans la douche
- le matériel minimum nécessaire n’était pas présent (pas d’éponge, une seule tablette pour le lave-vaisselle, manque de vaisselle, verres fissurés…)
- le four micro-onde était bloqué, impossible de le déverrouiller
- manque de luminosité car fenêtres donnant sur cour intérieure avec voisinage proche

Die Lautstärke des Kühlschranks war viel zu laut, Duschtrennwand undicht, Waschbecken im Bad viel zu klein, Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unserer Vorstellung - zu viele Wollmäuse im Kleiderschrank! Die Infrarotheizung (2 Heizkörper im Wohn-/Schlafbereich) bekam die Wohnung nicht wirklich warm.
