Staircase, one bed wasn’t made up , towels were still in dryer and were stale , bath water didn’t go down without a plunger

Comfortable, good location, attention to detail needed

The location is fantastic, great jumping off point for exploring the city. The space is lovely and airy. Good sized rooms, very comfortable bed and everything works well. We managed to lock ourselves out on a Sunday and the host was so helpful in getting us back in again.

We got a bit frustrated by the fact that there were necessities missing. Less than a half roll of toilet paper on arrival. No bin bags. No dishwasher tablets. Missing TV remote. A DIY session is needed, replacing lightbulbs, fixing the toilet seat etc. There was only one towel provided per room, we did then find more in the dryer. As others have mentioned, the outside entrance does appear to be somewhere where people urinate. Not very pleasant.

Lovely Christmas short trip

Liked the 1960s decor. Liked the fact that everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Excellent location. Nice bedrooms. Very good kitchen. Lille is amazing. Hoardes of beautiful buildings, a lovely market to buy all sorts as well as taste the local foods. Very friendly market stall holders. Fabulous deli at Monoprix near the parking des Tanneurs. Don't miss the big wheel on the Grand' Place and the giant caterpillar merry-go-round at Place du Theatre in front of the Opéra. A wonderful stay! A beautiful city!

No mention of lots of stairs in advert. Back entrance was dirty with overspilling litter. Sitting room lighting could be better for reading. Bathroom door difficult to open/ close. Kitchen towel would be useful for drying hands.

Heat and mosquitos make it not great for summer, but location etc. would make it a great place to stay in winter.

Great location, spacious living area and bedrooms, responsive owners.

Very hot, no AC, endless mosquitos, outside door to apartments smells of urine . Only the bedrooms had bug screens on the windows so the choice was to open the windows to cool thr apartment and be invaded.by hundreds of mosquitos all hours of the day, or keep the windows closed and bake in 35 degree heat. Not great when you have kids.

Horrible surrounding of entrance doors to the building. A place with bad smelling urine, probably because of homeless people. Several floors of stairs inside.

Apartment with great potential but unfortunately no value for money

Bright, big and nicely decorated apartment that is located in the city centre of Lille.

Dishwasher nor coffee machine weren’t working properly! Only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom is not sufficient for an apartment that van accomodate 8 guests. Not so well cleaned.

De locatie is heel goed en het is een ruim appartement met een volledige uitrusting.

Het sanitair is beperkt. Zeker met 6 (of meer) personen is een aparte toilet noodzakelijk. Daarnaast was het bijna onmogelijk om een raam open te zetten, want dan werd je meteen gestoken door de muggen (uit de dakgoot).

Situation géographique , grande pièce à vivre

Accès à l’appartement sans ascenseur, pas de toilette à l’étage où se trouve les chambres. Il manque de la vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner (3 bols pour 8 c’est un peu juste !!!!! Pas de fiche explicative pour le fonctionnement de la maison ainsi que pour les poubelles

Parfait, appartement bien equipé, hyper bien placé et arrangeant sur la flexibilié horaire c'est top !

Bel appart on a pu bien profiter de l'espace commun à 9 personnes et nous y avons bien dormi.

La seule chose à dire serait peut être le manque d'une salle de bain/toilette

Hébergement très bien situé mais mal équipé pour 10p et non adapté aux PMR et personnes agées

Appartement très lumineux et agréable en plein centre de Lille et à moins de 5 minutes à pieds d'un large choix de restaurants de spécialités régionales situés sur la Grand'Place. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et calmes pour se reposer après une bonne journée de marche. La literie est de très bonne qualité. L'hébergement est conforme aux photos de l'annonce.

Pas équipé pour 10 personnes mais très bien pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants. L'accès n'est pas adapté aux personnes agées ou à mobilité réduite et ce n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif. C'est impératif de le SIGNALER pour les locations. Il se fait par un escalier sombre et sale de 4 étages car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ! et de nouveau un autre escalier dans l'appartement pour accéder à l'espace nuit et aux chambres. Il n'y a qu'une seule salle de toilette avec BAIGNOIRE (donc toujours pas accessible aux PMR, une douche serait préférable pour une location) et malheureusement l'unique toilette se trouve dans cette salle de bain. Il faut s'organiser pour y séjourner à 10, entre les passages aux wc et la toilette. De plus, la porte des wc ne ferme pas correctement, difficile pour l'intimité. Uniquement 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 2 jours à 10 personnes. Il manque un toilette à l'étage, là où se trouve la partie "nuit" car quand un voyageur dort sur le canapé-lit, impossible d'accéder à la sdb et aux wc sans la déranger et si enfants, il faut qu'ils descendent l'escalier au milieu de la nuit. Il n'y avait qu'1 pastille de lavage (pour un séjour de 2 jours à 10), pas de sel ni de produits de rinçage en réserve pour le lave-vaisselle. La cafetière était tellement entartrée que le café ne coulait pas. La vaisselle n'est pas appropriée pour 10 personnes, pas de casserole, 1 seul torchon dans la cuisine. Il manquerait un rouleau de sopalin pour les repas pris sur place (petits-déjeuners au moins). La propreté du frigo laissait à désirer, pas de support de bouteilles dans la porte.

We hebben het fantastisch gehad in Lille, ook vanwege de uitstekende ligging van het appartement.

De ligging is fantastisch en de bedden in de slaapkamer ook.

In de woonkamer waren de slaapbanken oud en niet goed om op te liggen. Het was wel stoffig en het enige toilet was in de enige badkamer. Met zeven man is dat wel een stretch.
