Loved everything about it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location. Everything was within a 10-15 min walk. Very spacious place, plenty of room for us all. The hosts were very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early on the day of arrival, and let us leave our bags there on the day we checked out- which was super helpful! They also left us a welcoming gift which was really sweet of them. All in all it was a great stay, no complaints at all! Would definitely recommend!

We loved it at Lille Avenue - the perfect property for our family stay.

Jean-Claude was absolutely brilliant - so welcoming and friendly, he made our arrival effortless. Great to have such a central location at a brilliant price. The property was really wonderful, full of character and charm and very spacious.

It exceeded our expectations and was the perfect spot for our two night stay.

The location was perfection, dead centre but not noisy. The apartment was cosier and more welcoming than it looked in the photos, which was a good thing, beds were amazingly comfortable, great bed linens and towels, sun trap terrace (from 11-3pm). Host was friendly and helpful. Lille was one of the nicest cities I have ever visited!

The sofas have lost a few springs! And another outdoors sofa on the terrace would have been nice :)

Excellent location, within walking distance to Vieux Lille (old town) with wonderful bars and restaurants, Grand Place, Palais des Beaux-Arts, Cathedrale Notre-Dame and much more. The house is very well equipped and spacious. All bedrooms en-suite, with complimentary toiletries and beds were super comfy.

We visited in March and the property has heating but there were no instructions as to how to put the radiators on, so it was cold.

Super emplacement

L'emplacement ultra central, la gentillesse de l'équipe, la propreté des lieux et la taille du logement, c'était parfait pour les 8 adultes que nous étions.

L'isolation est un peu faible, vous devez garder le chauffage très fort pour ne pas avoir froid mais des que vous coupez le froid revient.
