Lovely flat, well kept, nice walk across park of the Citadelle to reach Old Lille.

The flat was light and clean.

We were not aware from the booking that the setting was within a residential care setting for older people. It was fine for us - we were quiet and the residents were all very pleasant, but it would have been nice to know this in advance. I would have been cautious to have young children or teenagers making noise in such a setting.

Great, quiet location with off street parking. Only a short walk to the city centre. Comfortable sofa bed.

The kitchen was not well equipped. For example, there was no chopping board or a sharp knife so cooking a meal was not practicably possible.

Excellent location

The apartment is very spacious, very nice decorated, very clean and you have all necessary in. Very quiet place. The location is not in city center but at a walking distance from La Citadel park and you can find nice restaurants in the area. We managed very well the commute to the city center, by car-sharing companies (Uber/Bold). Overall, very high recommended this place.

Prix exorbitant pour être dans un village perdu sans les équipements nécessaires !!

La batisse est belle et emplacement facile. De prime abord appartement sympa.

Pas de chauffage(on était gelés par l humidité), protège matelas taché et plein de saletés,vaisselle pas propre,literie pas bonne et coussins plus que usés. Wifi ne fonctionne pas. La personne de contact n a pas aidé.

Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour sa proximité avec la compétition pour laquelle nous étions à lambersart

Ce n’est pas un hôtel c’est une location avec de quoi se faire la cuisine. Un petit déjeuner vous est livré un morceau de pain un croissant un café. Nous sommes restés une semaine avec les mêmes serviettes. Nous n’avons rencontré personne. Ne pas considérer cet établissement comme un hôtel il n’y a aucun service.

Logement top dans une résidence services seniors.

Très bel emplacement, avec toutes les commodités. Important pour moi : une place de parking disponible sans se casser la tête. Très bien situé dans un beau quartier de Lille. C'est le genre d'établissement qui viendrait directement en tête s'il fallait relouer un logement dans les environs.

Nous avons tout apprécié. Il manquait juste une petite touche qui fait tout le charme d'une location : une présence humaine à l'arrivée. Une personne avec qui échanger. Même si le personnel était réactif, convivial, aux messages envoyés via Booking. Ce qui fait le charme d'un voyage, ce sont les rencontres qui vont avec, même brèves. Ce n'est pas le seul logement où tout est "automatisé", que nous ayons loué, mais c'est toujours le même constat : on aime rencontrer les gens. Ne fut-ce pour un sourire (qui étaient présents dans les messages échangés). Merci à vous tous.

Het bed was voor ons te hard en kussens te zacht, we verwachten in het witte gebouw te verblijven maar hadden een kamer naast de senioren in het gebouw ernaast. Veel geschuif met stoelen ergens in het gebouw. Het was ook erg warm in de kamer.

Très bon séjour

Le parking est un plus. L'appartement était très bien et propre. Équipements très bien avec de quoi ce faire du café ou thé

malheureusement c'était les 1er jours de froid et le chauffage était éteint lors de notre arrivée. Livraison du Petit déjeuner un peu tard (8h30). Notre séjour était professionnel, donc départ tôt.
