Location was great. Very close to the old town.
Apartment felt very homely.
The very squeaky flooring. Was very bad and Especially if one of us needed the toilet during the night it would wake everyone else up.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Dans une belle rue, proche de petits restaurants sympas. L'appartement, tres au calme, est cosy, on s'y sent chez soi.
La rigueur du personnel concernant la caution qui, entre parenthèses, a été débloquée après un mois. Nous étions en voyage lors du check-in en ligne et il nous était impossible de règler la fameuse caution sans boîtier. Malgré le fait que l'on ait signalé le problème et l'offre que nous avons alors faite de payer la caution avec un versement, le personnel est resté inflexible : L'appartement était payé mais sans solution de notre côté, on était prêt à nous laisser dormir dans la rue avec deux enfants!
En outre, la location est prévue pour quatre personnes mais il n'y avait, par exemple, que trois fourchettes ou un canapé deux personnes et un, pas deux!, un fauteuil...
Enfin, la propreté dans une des chambres était douteuse... de nombreux déchets notamment jonchaient le sol de la penderie...
