Steps to bedroom with no guard meant one child had to sleep on the sofa as too dangerous in the night. Steps up to the apartment mean you must be strong and able bodied as it is five floors up - did not see this in the description.

There was a fault with a couple of the windows, so they didn’t open which would have been good as it was hot during our stay. A small hanging rail or hooks would have been helpful in the upper bedroom space.

House was good, nice location in de old city

The parking is very bad. I parked at a parking spot and the towed are car away. 140 euro and 4 hours to get our car back. See picture. My car was behind the black car. The host of the house was very understanding.

Grand espace literie très confortable Le propriétaire était ok de nous mettre a l'abri suite au vandalisme de notre véhicule

Une petite nappe sur la table en bois très abîmée serait plus chouette niveau hygiène. Les lumières qui ne fonctionnent plus signalée part d'autres avant ne vont toujours pas.q Les emplacements aux alentours ne sont pas sécurisé l'entrée de l'immeuble était souvent ouverte et sale. Et nous sommes repartit en dépanneuse notre voiture a étée complètement vandalisée.

Het appartement is vrij donker en niet zo gezellig qua verlichting. De trap naar de vide is niet heel veilig.

Un des 2 couchages à l'étage un peu à l'étroit à cause de la soupente. Musique du bar du rdc tard. On entend fortement les basses. Salon sombre, manque d'éclairage indirect.

Il manque enormement de chose: pas de machine a laver, pas de sechoir a linge. Les fenêtres ne s ouvrent pas: un sur 4 dans le salon… et pas de volets. Et 5eme étage sans ascenseur

Superbe appartement, moderne et spacieux ! Les 5 étages se montent facilement. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et arrangeant. L'arrivée autonome est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement !!

L'escalier à l'intérieur de l'appartement n'est pas protégé par une rambarde, cela peut être problématique avec des enfants en bas âge ou pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à monter.

Struttura centrale, molto comoda la posizione. Loft molto moderno e con una vista stupenda. Fornito di tutto, anche caffè! Spazi ampi e ben arredati.

In estate potrebbe essere caldo Perché non abbiamo visto aria condizionata. All’ultimo piano senza ascensore (per noi ok, per altri potrebbe esser scomodo). Soppalco non riesci a stare in piedi, ma ok per noi.

Franchement génial

Emplacement idéal, parking public à 50 mètres, Vieux Lille et Centre-ville à pied, belle déco, confortable, super équipé, tout ce qu’il faut (un peu de café, thé, sucre, épices etc…), douche et baignoire… vraiment 10/10 sans hésiter.

Les éclairages seraient à améliorer, notamment par des petites lampes par-ci par là pour une ambiance plus intime. Mettre un code wifi un peu plus simple…

Situé au dessus d’une place avec des bars, très bruyants , jusque tard dans la nuit… Ça serait bien de signaler dans l’annonce que l’appartement se trouve au cinquième étage sans ascenseur.
