The flat is immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Could do with alot more kitchen equipment and owners can easily add plates, glasses, egg cups, etc I was there due to travelling for surgery at Leeds Nuffield and it was lovely to have a big comfy bed with a large screen TV for a few days rest afterwards.
If you are going for holiday the location isn't great. Also I agree with other reviewers about the paranoia of the host re parties. I explained that I was a woman in my 60s travelling for major surgery but still received a series of messages asking me not to throw wild parties. I found this borderline offensive and you really need to stop doing this if you hope to get repeat visitors.

We arrived earlier than expected, our host was very helpful and allowed us to check in a bit earlier.
Everything was excellent, wish we could have stayed longer.
