Good location but the apartment was not a pleasant place to stay.

Location is very good for central Leeds. Good amount of space.

Many light bulbs not working. Some bedside tables missing. Towels were not good and smelled like mildew. Bedding also did not smell clean. No bin bags in the bins so had to get our own. Front door lock is problematic but it does work. Very hot and stuffy and hard to ventilate. Only one hairdryer for whole flat. No toiletries / shower gels as advertised. We could have raised these issues but with so many small issues, on a short stay, we do not have time to deal with that kind of stuff. Overall the place seemed quite dirty with a lack of attention to detail.

Love Leeds, but not rushing back to this flat

The location is great. Lovely coffee shop, cafe selling good bacon sarnies, and Tesco nearby. My bed was comfortable and felt clean. Towels although thin were clean too. Very spacious

Carpets, floors and bathrooms are so old that it felt more dirty than it possibly was. So many stains on sofa and carpets I wish I had brought flipflops. I felt I was in student accommodation and the stairs to the flat was filthy and full of old post. The towel holder in my bathroom was on the floor and the toilet tissue holder had obviously gone before as the screws were all that was left on the wall. I had no desire to cook despite the kitchen being large as there was few utensils and no dishwasher. Surprised to not find any shampoo or shower gel as that seems to be the norm now. I also didn’t like that communication was taken off booking.com. Took me until the day of checkin to realize all the emails wasn’t just junk. I never received a response to our request for late check out so we had to leave a 10. Hoping for a swift return of my £200 security payment which was taken on day before checkin in.

Sleepless nights because of roadworks

The property had several issues which were not attended to. The host also failed to notify us of overnight road works taking place immediately outside the property. I raised the matter and was told that they were not aware of the roadworks. I find this completely unbelievable. No compensation was offered for this at all.

There isn’t enough room to sit on the sofas. The dining room table could do with being moved or have it as a extendable table and perhaps put into the kitchen to allow more sofa space

The location was great, it was easy to find and enter the flat.

Unfortunately, the beds weren't as clean as expected. Also the water mixer in 2 out of the 3 showers did not work properly, resulting to only having very hot water, making them non operational, creating great discomfort as the group of 7 could only use one shower facility.

great location for visiting Leeds.

Kitchen pans are rusted No decent cutlery, no utensils. No tea towels. Front door key mechanism faulty. Very annoying. Also need a 2nd key. 2nd TV? Very cramped living room arrangement. Very hot shower water ( cannot regulate), too hot to shower properly. Nowhere in showers to place/put shampoo, soap etc.

Great value for the money.

The apartment was a short walk from the trainstation. It was spacious as the name indicate, with nice bedrooms and connective bathrooms for each bedrooms. Living room an kitchen was good. Great value for the money.

the property looks exactly like the photos it’s within walking distance to the city centre spacious good for big group of people

it’s noisy at night and early morning as it’s close to the street and not sound proof. pots and pans are in bad conditions which is hopeless for any cooking. we had to clean all the cutlery and plates all over again as it’s not cleaned when we arrived We had to figure out wifi password ourselves as the provided one is wrong…lots hassle on our arrival

very comfortable and easy access and parking outside if you are happy to pay.

location and size of flat are perfect, it’s very confortable

unfortunately you can hear everything from outside on the road and to the side of the building, somebody was moving large bins early on Saturday morning, it has single glazing so this doesn’t help and it was a little cold as weather had changed and the heating didn’t come on with the temperature set. They did respond to resolve this but the heating only came on the morning we were leaving 😞fine when the heating is on and I would recommend ear plugs for the nights.
