It had everything you needed we were in the property less than 12 hours as it was a lay over for an early morning flight

We stayed the night before my brother flew back to the U.S from Leeds airport on a very early flight. Was perfect being so close to the airport with a good pub opposite!

The space enabled us as a group of 6 to enjoy a birthday weekend together. Proprietor kindly allowed for early check in to make most of our time.
Beds very comfortable and house was warm.
Some cleanliness issues. Crumbs and sticky residue on coffee table. Crumbs and sticky on kitchen floor. Fridge shelves needed a clean. Some dog mess behind the curtain in the lounge, and cobwebs in corners. Crumbs on dining chairs and sticky and ripped table cloth. No cloths or WU liquid to wash or wipe. Nipped out for some and cleaned up.
Seating arrangements for lounge not adequate nor comfortable.
Towels and bedding bobbly and well used and general decor needs attention.
