Wonderful weekend with family

Good for what we needed

House was lovely, not too far too travel into city centre (£7 in an uber)

Neighbour wasnt so friendly he lives on site and is sick of airB&Bs making noise. House looked clean but our socks and feet were black!

Great location 📍but, not a safe facility to stay in

Great location 📍 and good value to stay in. Beautiful view and quiet place. Secured and authorized person can access the main gate only.

One of the staff members was impolite and behaved badly while talking to customers. Agreed house number 7 was not ready during the check-in time. Insects like 🕷️ and others were all around the house. Sinks were blocked and overflow water was experienced around the bathrooms The back yard door Key was not available Some bathroom accessories were missing The dining table chairs 🪑 were Dilapidated

Extremely disappointing and not worth the money

Property was spacious with comfortable beds.

We faced the following issues and problems with our stay and it was extremely disappointing considering this property was marketed and priced as “Luxury”: - All of the Soap dispensers in the washrooms didn’t work and had no soap liquid. - No hot water in one of the showers because of the broken lever. One of our main reasons to book this place was because it had 2 full washrooms and 6 of us stayed together. - The washrooms DON’T have mirrors and no bath mats. - The sinks in the washrooms are extremely small and using them splattered water all over the floor. - One of the Washrooms doesn't lock. - Ground floor room as spider webs and small bugs. - No extra towels for six people living in the current booking. - House is not quite clean, dirt can be seen lying around. - Couch was already broken - Blinds in the living room were broken - Moths and insects in the house with cob webs - No instructions on lighting the electric stove - No response from property management when we informed them about these issues

No internet couldn’t do any work could barley use data as the reception in the area was 1 bar when I messaged the owners they helped with nothing and tried giving me a 10% refund at the end of my stay

Comfy and adequate if you are in Leeds for entertainment and do not need to cook

Property comfortable & nice location

We were staying here whilst carrying out a commissioning locally. Definitely not enough baking/cooking trays to enable us to cook proper meals. The stair carpet is loose in one place and the wifi is dreadful

Very quiet, in a city centre location only 10 mins away from the centre by car. The property was clean, toiletries were available along with clean sheets and towels and very warm inside. The only issues were: - the smoke alarm kept going off on the first floor landing but we spoke with the host who told us to press on it which we did and it stopped until the next morning when it would go off again and we had to repress it. - we wanted to eat it and there were no trays available that would fit in the oven so we ended up buying a tray that would fit - a few defects around the house that are an easy fix: broken flush pad to ground floor wc; broken handle & lock to living room door; chipped access panel to first floor bathtub; wobbly benches in living room. No criticism to the host, they were very responsive when we messaged at 12.30am regarding the alarm and later on when we couldn’t connect to the internet. They responded straight away and solved the issue which was fantastic ☺️

The communication getting the keycode could be better. Stayed at this property a couple of times and had to call the property to obtain the keycode as not been given upon check in.

Not fit for purpose, letting agency dodgy.

Place itself is modern and the beds were comfy.

Pick up was a joke, didn’t tell us until after we arrived the keys had to be picked up from the train station?? House was un finished with exposed wiring, missing bathroom tiles etc and the hot water didn’t work for the whole trip. They did offer to refund us if we moved out but we could not find anywhere else available on short notice. Also we paid for 8 guests and the house is only fitted for 6 so 6 cups, plates, cutlery etc which made meal times difficult. Also no hoover or washing liquid. Also the deposit they ask for on arrival they request via bank transfer not a booking.com link. No guarantee you will get the deposit back and very unprofessional. After the stay we also had an email from booking.com to say they said we never checked in or paid and were trying to get a booking.com to reimburse them so I have had to submit a statement as part of an investigation!! 100% dodgy will never use again.

good location but the people who work here are so hard to deal with.

the location is good it will be Inconvenient if you are not staying in the city centre as you have to collect the key from there.

back door was stuck and wouldn’t open. towels were not cleaned and bins not emptied when we arrived. the man working for this property is probably one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and his level of customer service skills were appalling, threatening to cancel our room and telling me the payment had not gone through when I paid two months prior to this.

Once the site is finished it will be a great place to stay.

The apartment was beautiful, new, great surroundings. The bathroom was fresh clean and decorated to a high standard. The bedding was new clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were set out perfectly for our needs, with one double bed and a room with three single beds with an en-suite shower room, hot water fantastic water pressure. The final single bedroom was downstairs again all new. The garden was lovely with outdoor seating to enjoy the private space of the garden.

There was no laminated information sheet on the table as detailed in the welcome email. We found it difficult to use the cooking facilities without instructions. There were limited utensils, could have done with a small jug for making scrambled eggs and such. Also an additional baking tray. The baking tray that had been left in the oven had was dirty and full of fat and foil. We tried to use the brand new dishwasher but it would start but it would not function. It started but after a few minutes no water and the machine beeped and stopped. We had an unwanted visitor during our visit. We had the back door open into the garden and a cheeky squirrel sneaked into the living room and started to snack on the food on the kitchen counter. If there had been more cleaning equipment I would have used them such as screen wipe to clean the shower screen. Instructions on where to put recycling and refuse would have been useful.
