Good location on a quiet street. Near shops bars and restaurants.

When we arrived one of the blinds in the twin bedroom was off and broken. I contacted someone and this could only be repaired the next day so the first night we struggled with light and privacy in that bedroom. If you have mobility issues the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.

great location & potential to be outstanding

it was convenient and had almost everything I needed

It needs fresh repaint and dusting. (blinds and skirting) doorway floor to lounge needs finishing. The armchair chair needs a clean. A full toilet roll would have been nice and a cover on ironing board. Host was easily accessible if needed I felt.?Lots of positives, Tea/coffee,fresh towels,hairdryer spacious, great tv, good heating system. I felt it could indeed be stunning, if above jobs were done, then I’d happily stay again. It obviously had a lot of love gone into it once .

The location was perfect, very close to the city centre with a Tesco and Starbucks next door.

We didn't have any toilet roll which was only a small issue!

overall a very uncomfortable stay.

the location was very good. easy checkin and check out

the flat was not clean. our white socks were immediately filthy. I had to clean the kitchen including the absolutely filthy screens on the vents over the stove. completely covered in grease. the window blinds were also very dirty. there was only one half of a toilet roll. we had 3 towels and no bath mat. overall a very uncomfortable stay.

Cosy and nice

Cosy and nice, communication with Marty and Marie was great. Apartment was clean when we arrived.

Toilet just need a little bit of improvement on the airflow problem but overall was fine for the three of us.

"Stunning" is not quite accurate

Nice place to stay. Convenient and quiet. Good WiFi and TV subscriptions.

Bathroom needs a small refurb as door handle was broken, no lock which is not great when 4 sharing. Shower very hot even on lowest setting. Broken bin lid and basin plug. 4 bowls would be ideal for cereal eaters rather than one. Obviously breakages happen with previous guests but a replacement set would help. Quicker replies to emails would be better.

very spacious and modern

narrow stair cases difficult to get heavy bags up. exterior bannisters were freshly painted prior to our arrival. 2 of our guests got covered in paint unfortunately.

Très bon emplacement, appartement spacieux et lumineux.

Appartement très mal nettoyé et draps de lits sales et non changés depuis les précédents locataires. Saleté sur le sol, les tapis, la table, la cuisine et les ustensiles de cuisine. Chauffage à régler en permanence sinon se bloque sur 15°.
