Perfect location for me asda direct across the road and walking distance to Morley. Nice big rooms and free view in the Tvs which are in every room. Beds are super comfy proper hotel quality
Could do with a good deep clean alot of dust behind the beds and heaters which only bothered me as my son had asthma so it makes him cough alot and hot water only works if the heating is on high

There were obvious things which could be better. But I appreciate that nothing in this life is 100% to our expectations. This is not possible, unless we also do our part and expect the cost to be higher. But Well done, We were pleased. If you can manage to be profitable after these suggestions then that would be good for you and us. But I know it is very difficult. We notice that you have neighbours who produce smells which do not allow for us to open the window, I will not mention anymore on that. Also the road is very noisy. My suggestion is if there is another way stopping the smalls then that would be great. Also if there is such a thing as sound proofing at an affordable, will help the noise from outside to be reduced. A dishwasher machine. I like this place and I am willing to pay £100 a night if the above can be achieved to a satisfactory level. But that is not my business, so I will keep my nose out of it from this point.

No complaints, just could probably stay in a hotel for cheaper.
They allowed kids and pets. Very clear instructions and messages, quick to reply too. Everything worked as needed. Directly opposite a big Asda was very convenient.
It's for 6 people but just three double beds, so everyone has to share with somebody, fine for a group of friends or couples but a mix of family, bit awkward. Only 4 seats for the table so can't all eat together.
