Just book a hotel as this is not home from home.

The location was easily accessible to the motorway and city centre. The beds were very comfortable.

It was freezing and the boiler system was old and extremely noisy. To the point it woke my children up. We had to put the oil radiator in the room all night so they didn’t freeze. It didn’t matter that the heating was left on it could not warm up the property. The hot water also only lasted for two minutes so we could not have a hot bath and the shower was lukewarm.

The place is extremely dirty ,guest towels had been used to clean the bathroom toilet and floors they had stains of human faeces on them .The kitchen very dirty and small suitable for 1 personl with no cooking facilities, The stairs were very dirty and stained carpet smells of faeces. The house is secured with hidden cameras noticed 1 hidden in the bathroom we were being monitored every movement it was so uncomfortable l would not recommend anyone to that property

we stayed for Xmas and I loved that when we arrived there was a Xmas tree for us. Josh the host was also very helpful and available.

look the bed on the main floor was a little hard, but we just bought a mattress topper and all good

Great value for a short stay.

Bright colour scheme unusual and wonderfully eclectic. Uncluttered, minimalistic furnishing, comfortable and functional. All the amenities were in working order, suitable for a work stay.The location was handy for our visit to Leeds.

The accommodation is very compact, stairs very steep to navigate for older guests. The neighbourhood appeared frightening when we arrived in the dark and rain, but seemed harmless in the daylight.

Beautifully furnished and welcoming home and a great base for a yorkshire trip!

Decor, loved the blue and yellow! and the fact the rooms were all very well thought out and spacious. Beautifully presented, clean and cosy. Towels and small things like toothpaste, liquid, bin liner left.

Single toilet role. Nothing a trip to supermarket could solve :) The neighbourhood was pretty quiet but we experienced unsavoury neighbours, smoking weed in the front second door to the left of no. 8, opposite house there was swearing, screaming at each other, their kids running riot. i have three children myself and was a little surprised at their attitude. Not sure how to address that except notify council of anti social behaviour from lady on front house with kids.

We enjoyed our stay in this property and I commend the host.

The location was really good in terms of proximity to the places we needed to get to. Though the neighbourhood did not look like what we anticipated, it was rather quiet and peaceful in a good way. I initially had concerns about the kind of reception we might have from people in the area based on first impressions of the building exteriors, but all this was dispelled by the next morning. We did not get to interact with any of the neighbours and there didn't seem anything to worry about after our first night. We also were able to park on the street in front of the property. We were pleased that we found the same spot available for us after each outing and it felt like the neighbours knew we were there for a short stay and deliberately left it open for us. I might be wrong, but that's what it felt like. Regarding the interior, you could tell that the host went to great lengths to freshen an old building, and he deserves commendation for this. The host was also very responsive and friendly. Honestly, my family and I had nothing to complain about. This property won't be for everyone and if you are not a fussy person, you'll enjoy this place just fine.

This is not a major complaint. The picture of the property on booking.com displayed my brand of coffee (Nescafe Azera) in the kitchen but had something different when we arrived. This is probably the only minor downer.

Good location to access city centre. Quirky house, lovely and warm.

Hadn't realised property was over 3 levels, some guests had mobility issues, wasnt ideal but we managed! Also some bakeware provided was too big to be used in the oven.

The property had large rooms and the decor was nice throughout the house, the blinds where broken by the previous guests who had also stained the sofa we sent pictures to the host who was good and offered to fix things for us, the area surrounding the property was a bit rough and run down which we were a bit worried about at first but the host dropped off a key and we were able to have a second door that locked before the front door, we had no problem with the neighbours etc ended up being a nice comfortable stay for the family
