Exceptional
Beautiful home situated perfectly for a festival at Temple Newsham we were attending. Very peaceful area, away from traffic and crowds. House decorated to a high standard, all linens provided alongside all the kitchen essentials. We had very good expectations of the property from other reviews, and we were not disappointed. We would definitely recommend and book again in the future.
Would have been good to have a second bathroom/toilet, 6 adults and 1 child trying to share 1 bathroom was quite difficult most times of the day, especially the morning. Something that could possibly be installed by the back door/boiler room for convenience. Lights in the living room; the bulbs were very dull and could be better with a bigger fitting.

the property was clean and welcoming. we had a lovely weekend visiting a friend.
we would have liked another bathroom/toilet as it was a bit difficult with 6 of us trying to get ready to go out. However, we would stay again as it was so homely.

Great stay
Lovely home with plenty of facilities and close to some great amenities. Beautifully laid out. Plenty of parking space as well
Only problem with the house was the bathroom door is quite stiff. Needs a good push to close and a bigger pull to open it. It also makes a loud noise when doing this so I'd recommend getting a carpenter in to fix this issue.
