Leeds 4-bed House - Sleeps 9, Free Parking & Wifi

Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed there and felt safe due to there being an extra gate over the front door which you can lock from the inside. The self-check in was easy and effective, with the keys being left in a key deposit box outside the front of the house. Lots of local takeaway's and shop's just a 2 minute walk down the street, useful for buying food and drink. House was warm and welcoming, maybe showing its age in certain places such as on the ceilings and the wallpaper, but for the price we paid, this wasn't a huge issue. We paid a £200 breakage deposit and this was refunded the day after we stayed. There was only one thing that annoyed me a little bit. At 21:45 on the first night we were there, we got an email from the owner saying "our noise levels have exceeded the expected levels for 10 minutes or more". This wasn't actually us. We left the house at 20:30 on the first night, so that must have been a neighbour. Even if it was us, noise at 21:45 isn't an issue surely - it's not like this was at 04:00.
