Great stay

Our recent trip to visit family over the holidays was made perfect by a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. We were delighted with our room. It was thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The B&B’s location was ideal for our plans, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. A major plus was having an ASDA supermarket close by. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. The combination of a beautiful room, exceptional hospitality, and a convenient location made this a great trip. We left feeling rested and already planning our return—we will definitely be visiting again!

When it said parking is available, I thought it would be in a car park or driveway, but it's actually on street parking. However, the host provided a parking permit to display, so it was okay in the end.

Really comfortable stay and although we were late in, Levi had waited up. Could not fault him.

Extremely friendly and helpful host Levi. Beautiful room with a fan. Very clean and quiet.

It was a shared bathroom with the other guests but it was immaculately clean. The photo on the website suggested it was en-suite but we didn't read the full details so our fault. No mirror in the room so we only had the mirror in the shared bathroom. Also a small bin in the room would have been good.

OVERPRICED!!!! I URGE Fellow travellers to stay away!!!

I didn't like anything about this property for the price £125

This accommodation is well OVERPRICED. I refused to stay in the room. I told the owner Levi that this isn't what you are advertising. Dimly lit dirty carpets feel more like an HMO than a bed and breakfast he wanted £125 for a room in which the door didn't work properly. Levi told me I could only have a refund before 30 days. I told him I only booked the accommodation the night before. He then said, "So you can't have a refund. That statement from him should tell you everything about the man and his business. I urge travellers to stay away from this place until the prices reflect the standard of accommodation. Booking.com was no help at all. They said it was up to Levi whether I got my refund of £125 back. If I had booked this accommodation on Air BNB, I would've received a full refund. There is nothing stopping people like Levi selling these overpriced rooms for whatever they want as they aren't held responsible by the service provider. I will not be using Booking.com again after 15 some years of loyalty.

It was the most horrific experience. Shockingly bad. Most insecure and inadequate poace. Should never have been on your site. No one was around to serve breakfast despite this being part of the price. I would like to lodge an official complaint. I request a refund and compensation for the horrible experience.
