This stylish and comfortable 3 bedroom house has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped with to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. You have the sole use of the property, including parking if required. Forming part of a traditional Leeds neighbourhood, this house is a few minutes’ walk from Lime Pits Walk (woodland) and for adventurous members of your group there is the famous Ninja Warrior UK. A 16 minute car ride into the centre of Leeds where there are all the attractions of a big city.
The space
The Leeds Lodge is entered via a staircase with a key safe to the left of the door for self-access.
The property comprises of:
- Master Bedroom with a new double bed, super comfortable mattress, large windows, ironing board, bed side lamps and a rack to hang clothes and shoes.
- Twin Bedroom with two new single beds, clothing rail, relaxing scheme bathroom directly opposite
- Main Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle
- Kitchen/Lounge with dining area and seating for 4 at the table. The sofa is a comfortable double sofa bed. Large TV 50” smart TV
- Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, induction hob, washing machine and many kitchen appliances.
- Parking is available free of charge for cars, NO parking restrictions.
- Free WiFi throughout
