I think the value for money is good, the bed was not very comfortable, but nothing impossible to sleep on. The staff was very helpful.
Carpet floor ruined and bed a bit collapsed / bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, when the fire doors close they are loud.

Cómodo el lugar, muy atentos los recepcionistas y bien ubicado si vas a la universidad de leeds. Con negocios cerca.
En las habitaciones individuales se escuchaba bastante el ruido de otras piezas (aunque por calidad-precio es esperable). Si está un poco alejado del centro.

La habitación estaba bien equipada, tiene un pequeño armario y escritorio; la cama y las almohadas eran cómodas y el baño dentro de la habitación estaba limpio.
Solo diría que escucha fácil el ruido de afuera en especial cuando entran y salen de las demás habitaciones, pero realmente no era molesto.

good value, everything i needed.
felt a bit in the middle of nowhere. note that if you go out the back and across the park, or out the front and turn right down the hill, you have a much flatter walk/ride into town than the google maps route.
