We needed a place for an overnight stay where we can get ready the next morning for graduation. The place was close to u

The property was comfortable, with all facilities needed available. It was in a quiet area which was good. This place is suitable if you’re looking for short stay and looking for somewhere that feels more like a home than a hotel. Place was clean and fans available to cool down the place on a hot day.

Stating “free parking” is misleading, as this implies there is a designated parking space for guests- as this is not the case. There is on street parking available for residents. When we arrived we found it hard to find a parking space on the road that wasn’t in pedestrians way. Also directions to the property should be improved, it’s a bit hard finding the property without clear direction.

Terrible do not book

Unfortunately nothing.

The property was unclean and the furniture was old and grubby. The chimney flew wasn't on the wall properly and fixed in place with duck tape and it was on the wall wonky. The fridge had left over food in it, the kitchen sides were sticky, the bathroom draw was yellow and the ceiling was black. There were 2 bedrooms and a living room, and supposedly the house could sleep 8 people but there was not enough space for 8 people. The property was a huge disappointment, so I called the owner and he came to see the property and I talked him through my concerns. He told me nothing was wrong with the property and he refused to refund me, even though I wasn't going to stay in the property. Eventually we came to an agreement and he asked me to cancel the booking, I did that via the booking.com customer service line as the app said I would loose all my money. The owner refused the cancellation request and I had to pay for the property plus a new one. When I queried this with him he said it was my fault as I didn't cancel the booking, despite me doing so via a call. Luckily, I was able to get my money back through my credit card. In this instance both the owner and booking.com behaved appallingly. I do not think the property was safe to be let out and booking.com should do appropriate checks before listing properties on their website. I saw this booking at £270 for 2 nights and my friend got a price of £360, thank goodness we didn't pay that amount.

Nothing exceptional, but for a short stay this place is okay. Pleasant

Great location, nice neighborhood a little far from the city center but still in a walking distance. Whole apartment was well equipped for the stay, even a washing machine is there. Powerful heating, hot water, enough space for everyone.

For me personally it was the fustiness. The apartment needs an overall cleaning and improved maintenance.

Apparently the sofa type beds not too comfy. Also one person badly scratched his bum while going to sit on the loo. There’s a sharp bit of plastic close to the loo.

We stayed here to help move our son from one student house to another

It was exactly as described / pictured. It's not the kind of place we'd usually choose but it was close to our son's student house and we were in Leeds to help him move house.

The area it was in felt a little bit neglected - it's on an estate that needs some tlc.

Just came back.from staying there over night was very clean and tidy and had everything you need. The host was very good at communicating and very helpful.

clean and decent sized

I arrived to find there was no heating and the flat was absolutely freezing! The host came out 3 times to ‘fix it’ instead of sending out an engineer. It was not fixed. He then brought me 1 heater to a flat with 5 rooms so as you can imagine it did absolutely nothing. The last time he came and interrupted my stay it was around midnight, I advised I was exhausted and wanted to sleep to which he replied “Go to bed I will let myself out” absolutely not after I caught him ogling at my boobs. I had to walk around with a quilt wrapped around me on top of pjs and a dressing gown and around 2am decided enough was enough and left due to being absolutely freezing. I messaged the host telling him I was unable to stay there and thought it was only fair that I receive a partial refund.. He disagreed! I had my cousin bring me food and 2 friends tried to fix the heat before I left and he tried to use this as a reason to not refund me. nowhere does it say nobody can come to the property whilst I am there! Customer service is as absolutely shocking and I would avoid at all costs!

It was warm. Had everything we needed . The owner was very understanding when we left later than we should have in the morning.

It was tired and needed repairing in a lot of places. The bed settees were extremely uncomfortable both to sit and sleep on . Could have been cleaner.
