No instructions on how to use the washer/ dryer

The clean white bedding and towels. Loved the microwave - so quiet! Spacious bathroom. Good location, especially as we were at an event at the arena.

Could have done with some information about how to get the ventilation to work (though we figured it out) and how to get the TV to connect.

I would like to thank Jazreal in Leeds for a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—right in the city center and close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment is small but suitable for two people, and it has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. A special thanks to James for his kindness, helpfulness, and quick responses. He was professional and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay in central Leeds.

The only downside was that sometimes there was a bit of noise, but overall it didn’t affect my stay too much.

Location was perfect

Unfortunately although we’d agreed to check in earlier and confirmed this through Booking.com . We were told could leave bags and come back in 15 - 20 minutes , to get key & code for door , take anything of value with us . Then told I needed to pay £100 security deposit which was not mentioned when I booked the apartment! We came back just over 20 minutes later unable to get in building , I rang number given on confirmation booking email , left three voicemails , eventually got a call half an hour later to tell me security code for Maindoor and where key would be.
