Stunning Modern Central Mezzanine Apartment

A Beautiful, Cosy Apartment with Exceptional Hospitality From my first phone conversation with Marie while arranging to collect the keys, she came across as very lovely, calm and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and cosy, with a lovely city view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access from the train station, close proximity to the city centre and very convenient bus connections. We did experience a small issue with housekeeping, which was disappointing at first. However, what really stood out was how Marie handled the situation. She was genuinely keen to resolve the issue and explained that she is happiest when her guests are happy. I was pleasantly surprised by how far she went to put things right and ensure we were comfortable. Marie went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience, and we truly appreciated her effort, understanding and kindness. Her willingness to take responsibility and make things right made a real difference to our stay. Overall, this is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, and Marie is a wonderful host who genuinely cares about her guests. Despite the initial hiccup, we had a very good experience and would happily recommend this place to others. Thank you, Marie, for your kindness and for making sure we were comfortable!
