Very clean and new. Comfy bed and good kit to use for longer stays.

The room was mega hot during the night. Both windows needed to be open and no through draft. There wasn’t a city view as described & scaffolders were very very loud from 0700. The washing machine had the previous guests sheets in and there was only 1 sachet of pre made powdered coffee which didn’t look too appealing.

We had a fantastic stay at PrimeDeluxe Aparthotel. The apartment was modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchenette was a great bonus. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Leeds, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Great value for money, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leeds!

My partner and I stayed here and it completely ruined standard hotels for us. It is the perfect blend of a luxury hotel experience and the freedom of a high-end apartment. It’s brilliantly situated—super close to fantastic restaurants and transit links, yet tucked away enough that we got a perfectly quiet, peaceful night’s sleep. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the linens were premium quality. After a long day of exploring, coming back to a genuinely comfortable living area was a game-changer.
