Heart of Leeds - 2 Bedroom Flat

The property was great and very spacious

A lot of out side noise from bedroom from 5-6 am so unsettled sleep from then.

Excellent location (particularly for millennium square).

Parking wasn’t ideal - should have went to the NPR one is cheaper for overnights.

Great location but parking in city centre very expensive. Lovely flat much bigger than expected from the pictures and great views from the balcony.

Although it was clean, there was a foisty damp smell coming mainly from the kitchen.

The location of this property was the main selling point for me. The balcony is a beautiful touch too. Apartment is beautifully decorated and the theme throughout is great! We walked in and immediately said, "we could live here." The building was easy to get into as the instructions sent to us were very clear. Owners are great with communication as well. Very polite and professional. Beds are comfy, water pressure it great, and we loved the fact one bathroom had a bath. We cannot say anything regarding the noise at the property as we sleep with ear plugs in, but we slept really well.

I do feel like there are quite a few things that need improvement. The wi-fi didn't work, even though there seemed to be several internet devices... The password printed on one of the devices was different to what was sent in the email, but we tried both and neither worked. These need to be sorted out as it was very confusing. The TV also said "connected" on the network tab but apps would not load and there were no channels. The wi-fi was asking me to sign in as the internet was "disconnected." We tried turning it off and on again, but this did not resolve the issue. The small cacti plants dotted around the apartment are dead and one looked moldy. The curtains at the balcony door have stains on from what appeared to be from moisture, and we thought it was odd that there were several Christmas decorations in the living room in July??? This apartment has so much potential, but I do believe the place does not get the TLC it deserves when it is cleaned. The games and books provided were also covered in thick dust. Some of these issues were not deal breakers for us as we weren't in the apartment much, but it was disappointing not having basic wi-fi or a functional TV. These are just things to be aware of for other people who look to stay here, and hopefully some change will happen after I leave this review.
