Apartment was very comfortable and great location.
We were aware it was up three flights of stairs with no lift, a common complaint for many but read before booking!
Well kitted out kitchen.

There was no hot water even though the instructions said the combi boiler is always on. I ended up boiling the kettle to wash dishes.
Quite a bit of noise below from those contemplating walking up the steep brae / steps but we found it amusing.

It was clean and very comfortable. I liked that it had everyday essentials, like kitchen towel, cling film and tin foil, and even a couple of pods of laundry detergent for the washing machine .
The property had 3 steep flights of stairs, but no elevator. Which is fine for active people, but I think it could have been a bit of a problem for elderly or infirm people.

Very central to all amenities
No lift for 3rd floor flat damp smell in stairwell ,rats rummaging in bins across the road
