Location excellent, right in the heart of Oban. Property was spacious for a one bedroom and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.
A welcome pack would have been "welcome". There was no information on recycling or other waste disposal. Also some information on local events, places to visit would be nice. The only real issue was the so called parking space. It may have accommodated a Fiat 500 or similar but I was never going to leave my large family SUV on the side of the road which is a rat run for the local white van fraternity.

It was a very nice property. Would have been nice to have some instructions on the washing machine. But we figured it out. Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom.

Five Oban was easy to find, excellent instructions, parking space directly opposite property, a basement property ideal if you don't like stairs. Everything inside property was immaculate, plenty of room and everything you need, dog friendly too. The property is in great spot for shopping, dig walking etc
