Location, comfort level, peace and quiet. Everything was very nice. At first arriving we could not connect to wifi….upon contacting the host Grigor he apologised for the fact that Oban’s internet had been down for a couple of days ( This was a Bank Holiday weekend…) within an hour and a half using a booster he contacted me to advise a maybe patchy internet was available…excellent service and the service was far from “Patchy”🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Oban is a stunning seaside village which should we return Elmbank would be our first point of contact….highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
PS….The bed we slept on was excellent…Had the best nights sleep in quite a few weeks🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Had an issue with the microwave not heating…..quite possibly “Operator Error”….. Everything else was excellent

Quiet location within easy walking distance from the town centre. Parking outside the property.
The breakfast bar is very small for 2 people to eat at. The skirting boards & pictures on the walls were very dusty & there was mould/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. We were not provided with the code for the keysafe.
