Location - very central in Obans main thoroughfare. Easy to walk around. Close (10 mins) to bus / train and ferries and close to restaurants. Self-contained unit had everything you needed, Compact but suitable for solo / couple travelling.
For those who have mobility issues, there are 24 stairs that you need to climb to accommodation.
