Heart of George Street 2

Ideally situated in Oban, just a few minutes walk from all interesting places. Car parking on north pier was easy and close by. Apartment was spacious and fully fitted including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Bathroom was great and had a bath (always a bonus for me). Communication was easy and quick. Bedroom was good size and comfy bed.

No real issues but Cobwebs in corners of sitting room need addressing. Because on main road and windows are of sash style not completely blocking road noise.

Central location in Oban

Parking is a little awkward with the local on street parking limited to 2 hours.

The property is in a great location with easy access to everything around Oban Kitchen is a good size and Living Room and bedroom are comfortable. A bigger TV would be a benefit.

Access is hard if you have large and heavy cases, it is 2 flights of stairs not a few steps to the first floor. There are only 2 small saucepans and frying pans for use on top of the cooker and a potato peeler would have been useful The shower constantly drips when not in use Two of the drawers on the bedroom unit fall off when opening and you have to keep putting them back on. We stayed for 2 weeks and it would have been good to have had clean towels during that period, although there is a washing machine drying washing is more difficult. There is a lot of focus on being sparing with the electricity use for a property that is highly priced.

Clean and comfortable

Not much can be done but my only negative comment would be the noise from outside
