Lovely terraced property, comfortable living space, kitchen well equipped with everything you needed if you wanted to cook at the property
The stairs were quite steep but not an issue for us, if had small children I would say would probably need a stair gate for safety

Great proximity to city centre, nice quiet neighbourhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay

It was well presented , modern and made to look quite spacious considering it’s a small house , good having the coop a short walk away , there is a few pubs near by , we didn’t go in them but probably handy for some people to have near , garden nice and enclosed if you wanted the privacy and big breakfast island to congregate round .
personally i found it a bit far out , it’s walkable but just , so spent a bit on taxis , i’m not a fan of the ten am check out , it’s too early and feels like a bit of a cash grab having to pay to extend it beyond , if it was 11 which is just one hour later it would be more reasonable .
We spent a lot of time in york , if we was to have spent more time in the house the noise transference next door would have irritated me after a while and the uncomfortable sofa , maybe a couple of tvs in the rooms would be good as the living area is small .
