Overlooking Acomb Green, just 1½ miles from York city centre with regular bus links giving easy access to all the fascinating attractions on offer.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV, DVD Player
Bedroom 2: ¾ Double (4ft) Bed, (Bed Accessed From One Side Only). Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial smokeless fuel for multi-fuel burner included. . Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking.. Stroll along the cobbled streets, including the famous Shambles and discover the art of chocolate making at York’s Chocolate Story. Or why not take a trip to York races? There is an abundance of restaurants, inns and tea rooms along with numerous independent retailers and out of town stores at The Vangarde and Designer Outlet, York is certainly a shopper’s paradise.
