The property offers parking on your door step. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests the main bedroom is a king and a ensuite with a shower ,The second bedroom is a double.
The second bathroom is a bath and shower over the bath and toliet. The living room has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
Plenty of seating is provided for sprawling in front of the plasma screen tv the contempory fitted kitchen is well equipt and comprises of cooker, fridge , microwave, washer. In the dining room is a large dining table which allows you to sit down as group/family and have a meal and drinks.

Lovely Apartment! Great apartment and only a short walk into the city centre. has everything you need in the property and the hosts were super friendly

we were very happy with our stay at fountains view, very clean, spacious and in a good location. York boutique were very helpful when booking the property and friendly over the phone. The only bad thing was that we only stayed for one night!
